In 2024, Group Seres Technologies improved its score and its ranking, being awarded a silver medal, putting it in the top 15%! The result of the teams’ unfaltering commitment to improving practices and processes, this progress marks another step towards the Gold Medal.

Groupe Seres Technologies, a subsidiary of Groupe Gorgé, unites Seres Technologies and Heliatec Ingénierie.
Group Seres Technologies specialises in risk management, the design of complex systems, and construction. As an expert in highly constrained environments, it operates in the nuclear energy, hydrogen and electric mobility markets (covering the automotive, aerospace and rail sectors), as well as in the construction, petrochemistry/chemical, steel/metal industries, mining and phosphate sectors.

In line with its values, Group Seres Technologies’ ethics policy sets out the rules of conduct applicable within the Company with regard to employees, clients, suppliers, subcontractors, partners and shareholders, and the Company as a whole.
Right to Notify system
In accordance with the Sapin 2 law, Group Seres Technologies has set up a digital alert system for reporting or disclosing, without direct financial consideration and in good faith, information relating to a crime, an offence, a threat or harm to the general interest, a violation or attempted concealment of a violation of international or European Union law, the law or regulations (national defence and secrecy are excluded from the alert system).
Whistleblowers (employees, former employees, applicants, service providers, clients, etc.) can use a single, simplified, digital channel to report or disclose information, protected in accordance with the French Law of 22/03/2022.

Group Seres Technologies has taken concrete steps to minimise the environmental footprint of its activities.
Eco-responsible mobility
Group Seres Technologies is committed to reducing the impact of its teams’ travel, with the car fleet identified as having the greatest impact.
Group Seres Technologies is also an active player in the mobility field, committed to reducing its carbon footprint by 10% by 2025 by replacing 20% of its vehicle fleet with lower-pollution vehicles.
In addition to this objective, Group Seres Technologies has also deployed a virtuous carbon offsetting approach in order to contribute to global carbon neutrality (financing the preservation and reforestation of forests) and local investment to protect and preserve biodiversity (Group Seres Technologies beehives).
In addition to vehicle travel, Group Seres Technologies has taken concrete steps to reduce travel emissions by using a lower-pollution alternative (train), videoconferencing and remote working.
Group Seres Technologies also encourages its employees to use public transport through a scheme that subsidises transport subscriptions. In the same aim, we’re also helping our employees to find accommodation as close as possible to their place of work.
